I started studying music when I was very young. Before the age of 7 years, I found myself sitting at a piano.

Although a wonderful instrument it was bound to be set aside, possibly due to my age, but maybe because it was written somewhere (I think and I hope!) that when I was grown up I would become a guitar player. With having studied the music since I was a young boy, and the simple fact that someone chose the piano on my behalf, has been the best form of magic that could happen to me. The musical base that I developed in those years, which I still carry with me, has provided fulfillment throughout my life. Beginning with my days as a student, and then as a Musician, it was the passion and persistence that made me what I am today.


I met with the Guitar in a totally absurd manner and I fell in love with it by listening to the solos performed by Dodi BATTAGLIA who, although without knowing this, changed my life!

My first real Guitar teacher was Carlo FIMIANI, one of the best Italian session-men, who already performed with Gino Paoli, Ornella Vanoni, Tullio de Piscopo and many others. It was this fine group of people who provided me the fundamentals to study this instrument.

In September 2003 I moved to Milan in order to study with Donato BEGOTTI at Centro Professione Musica (CPM) of Milan.

In June 2004 I took part in the concert for the "Peace popular symphony for 1000 Guitars" held in Duomo square in Milan.

During the months of January and June 2005 I had the privilege to cooperate as a transcriber and proof-reader in the draw up of "Private Lesson - RHYTHM & LEAD"; didactic manual by Donato BEGOTTI.

In December 2005 I played in the concert for the CPM Christmas Show held in the main square of Milan.

In March 2006, I performed in the concert for the White Night of Milan during the Spring Celebration, by opening the concert in an acoustic trio.

In June 2006 I achieved the Master Graduation in Rock Guitar.

In September 2006 I collaborated as a transcriber for the didactic section of website www.donatobegotti.com.

Since 2007 to 2010 I taught Rock Guitar / Theory / Solfeggio at music school "MusicTime - the art of sounds" in Milan.
